1.1 WHERE IS THE EXHIBITION HELD?
The exhibition takes place in Fiera Milano fairground at Rho, in Halls 2 and 4.
1.2 WHO CAN VISIT THE EXHIBITION?
All trade professional from the sector are welcome at the exhibition.
1.3 WHO ARE THE OPERATORS IN THE SECTOR?
Operators in the sector include: not only professionals from the laundry, ironing, textile cleaning and maintenance sector but also the various and numerous companies which, today, demand innovative products and solutions reflecting the highest standards of quality, hygiene and sustainability:

1.4 WHAT ARE THE DATES OF THE EXHIBITION?
The exhibition runs from Friday 3rd October 2014 until Monday 6th October 2014.
1.5 WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS OF THE EXHIBITION?
The exhibition is open to visitors every day, from 10.00 until 18.00.
1.6 HOW DO I GET TO THE MILAN FAIR?
You can get to Fiera Milano fairground via underground, car, train or plane.

1.8 HOW CAN I OBTAIN A LIST OF EXHIBITORS?
There has been a list of exhibitors online since 31st October 2013.
Children up to the age of 12 can get into the exhibition free, provided one of the adults accompanying them (who must be a trade professional in the sector) agrees to compile a form accepting responsibility for the minor.
Children aged between 13 and 17 will receive a ‘Student’ ticket.
Children aged 18 or over can be accredited as trade professionals in the sector.
Animals are not allowed in the fairground.
1.11 ARE THERE ANY DISCOUNTS FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES?
People with disabilities get into the exhibition free and have access to free parking in the car parks of the Fiera Milano fairground (take a ticket as you enter the car park and take it to the reception to have it stamped).
1.12 ARE THERE PLACES TO EAT INSIDE THE EXHIBITION?
Yes, there are bars and snack bars inside the halls.
1.13 HOW MUCH DOES A TICKET FOR PUBLIC TRANSPORT COST AND WHERE CAN I BUY ONE?
An ATM public transport ticket for the return journey between Milan and Rho Fiera costs €5.00. You can buy ATM tickets from authorized dealers, ATM Points and from the automatic ticket-machines located in all the Milan underground stations.
The cloakroom and the left luggage office are located near the reception area of the halls; there is a charge of €4.00 for each item left.
There is also a left luggage office downstairs in the Porta Est (East Gate) underground station.
1.15 WHERE CAN I PARK AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
You can park in the car parks located near the fair venue (Porta Est).
2. PROFESSIONAL VISITORS AND SCHOOLS
Entry to the exhibition is free.
2.2 IS IT POSSIBLE TO PRE-REGISTER ON THE WEBSITE?
Yes, pre-registering saves time when you get to Reception, because you can go straight to the FAST LANE turnstiles with your printed pre-registration print-out, thus avoiding the queues.
You can pre-register from January 2014 until the last day of the exhibition.
2.3 HOW MANY DAYS DOES THE TICKET LAST?
An admission ticket admits one person for the duration of the event.
Children up to 12 years of age get into the exhibition free, provided one of the adults accompanying them compiles and signs a disclaimer.
If visitors aged between 13 and 17 years of age are accompanied by an adult, they are entitled to a ‘Student’ ticket.
2.5 CAN I ATTEND THE CONFERENCES?
Yes, your admission ticket also entitles you to attend the conferences scheduled at the Conference Centre (South Gate).
2.6 IS THERE A NURSERY/CHILDREN’S PLAY AREA?
No, sorry.
2.7 CAN SCHOOL PARTIES VISIT THE EXHIBITION?
Groups of secondary school students (from the 6th years) may visit the exhibition if accompanied by a member of staff but only on the last day of the event (Monday 6th October).
Schools interested in visiting the exhibition should contact the Organization Secretary by e-mail (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.).
Every member of staff accompanying groups of students must obtain accreditation by pre-registering on-line and, by so doing, can avoid the queues at the counters in the Reception area. On arrival, they must produce a list of the students in the group on headed note-paper from the school and the pre-registration print-out.
Anyone who does not pre-register can always register at Reception, provided they have a list of the students in the group printed on headed note-paper from the school.
2.8 IS THERE A SPECIAL LINE/TICKET COUNTER FOR SCHOOLS?
No, there is no special ticket counter for schools.
2.9 WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED TO ENABLE A SCHOOL GROUP TO VISIT THE EXHIBITION?

Then, on arrival, all that is needed is a list of the students in the group printed on headed note-paper from the school.
Coaches can drop off and pick up passengers near Porta Est (East Gate).

2.12 I’VE LOST MY PRE-REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION: WHAT CAN I DO?
You can obtain a new admission form from the counters in Reception.
2.13 WHERE CAN I OBTAIN THE EXHIBITION CATALOG CONTAINING THE NAMES AND ADDRESSES OF ALL THE COMPANIES PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENT?
The exhibition catalog will be distributed free at the entrances to Halls 2 and 4.
The exhibition catalog will be available on-line towards the end of July 2014.

3.1 HOW MANY DAYS IS THE TICKET VALID?
The ticket is valid for all the days of the exhibition.
3.2 DO I HAVE TO PAY TO GET IN?
Entrance is free provided you can produce your Press membership card and/or a letter on headed notepaper from the magazine you work for.
Yes, you can pre-register on the website in the ‘Press’ section.
3.4 I’VE LEFT MY PRE-REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION BEHIND…WHAT CAN I DO?
You can go straight to the ticket counters in reception, give them the details that you entered when you pre-registered and you will be issued with a new admission ticket, free of charge.
3.5 CAN I ACCESS THE EXHIBITION AS A BLOGGER?
You can access the exhibition provided you give the address of your Blog.
